1. Who are we?

Hotelera Canco, S.A. de C.V., operator of Crown Paradise Club Pto. Vallarta, hereinafter "The Hotel", located at Av. de las Garzas 3, Zona Hotelera Norte, 48333 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., has assigned the Legal department as the area responsible for personal data and its processing (in this act, as well as in past and/or future acts), a function that consists of collecting, handling, protecting and storing the personal data of its clients, prospects, suppliers, distributors and/or beneficiaries of any of the Hotel's services.

2. For what purposes will we use your personal data?

The Hotel will collect your personal data and use it for the following purposes necessary for the requested service:

a) Commercial Purposes

• Carrying out physical and/or online prospecting and promotion of the Hotel's services.
• Prospecting reservations for the services offered by the Hotel.
• Promoting offers regarding the services provided by the Hotel and other tourism purposes.
• Identifying preferences to make your stay more pleasant.

b) Tax Purposes

• Issuing tax invoices derived from the provision of the services offered by the Hotel.
• Issuing invoices for the commercialization of the products offered at the Hotel.

c) Labor Purposes

• Recruiting and selecting personnel, as well as providing the corresponding training for operational and administrative staff in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.

For the described purposes, the Hotel will collect your identification, contact and biometric personal data.

Additional marketing purposes

Additionally, the Hotel will use your personal information for marketing purposes, to provide you with better service: sending verification emails, reservation confirmations, service clarifications and tax invoicing.

Opt-out options

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the additional purposes indicated, you may state so. I do not consent to my personal data being used for the following purposes:

• Marketing or advertising.
• Commercial prospecting.

Refusal to use your personal data for the indicated purposes shall not be grounds for denying the services you request from the Hotel.
